Makes no sense to me... 

I mean if it were Spider-man then I would say, sure... it's the corporate symbol... 

 

Sort of like if it was an Four Color Disney Duck book and you had a Mickey Mouse label... 

 

But Venom?

Is there a claim stating that it was?

Is there a restriction that the special label can only go on a book associated with the character?

 

I'm in favor of people who can afford it pumping money into the economy for frivolous seemingly non-sensical stuff like this.

I just did a submission to CGC, and it only loaded available labels by the title I chose, not sure how WBN had the option

Certainly Moon Knight had contact with Spider-Man.  And the alien Black Costume attached itself to Spider-Man.  The costume, being a symbiote, became Venom.  It's all connected, see?? 

And somehow I'm sure it all leads back to Kevin Bacon.

No mention of the label in the description.  My guess is a CGC error, and the seller doesn’t want to wait forever to have it corrected.
