Light scuffing = 8.0? Done with CGC 5 5

I've starred at this thing many times and cannot find why it was graded that way. The only flaws I see are a few NON color breaking creases along the spine and the wrap isn't perfect. Dosn't seem like this is enough to bring it down to 8.0  but maybe I'm wrong. Any thoughts?

 Back looks even better than the front to me.

I see a crease upper left and stains by staples.

yes your correct there is a light crease in the ulc. non color braking for sure though The stain  is actually just on my scanner i think. cant see it looking at the book.

I see multiple colour breaks on the spine. 

The grade looks pretty accurate from those pictures.

most of that will buff right out.

Plus as others have mentioned the slight staining/ scuffing along back spine as well as the slight corner bend and that top staple looks to have shifted a bit. 

That is all before the inside .

Do not get me wrong this does definitely present better than 8.0, but I do not see enough to truly dispute CGCs grade.

yea that's what I was thinking. With a press maybe higher, but looking closer now lazy boy is correct and there is one very small color break about  3rd of the way down the spine

yes I think your correct. they are very small ticks about a 3rd of the way down. The v shape one is some other anomaly cant see it at all looking at it and yes there is a slight miswrap as a whole on the book. Tiny ding on Lr back cover but the overhang is real.
