Light scuffing = 8.0? Done with CGC 5 5

He is refering to the old labels legal information on the back , which has now been replaced with a website address to lookup this information .

Further, Among the myriad of grading services in different collectible arenas, many no longer in operation, I don't recall ever reading text indicating that their work was guaranteed, other than guaranteeing that the submitted item would be run through the grading process. I don't recall ever reading that one of the services guaranteed the results and that it was more than subjective opinion.

Sooooo....  I guess I owe CGC an apology.  The book came back and I see the scuffing they are talking about and I can see why it got the 8.0.  The scuffing was on the back which is black and I "suuuuppppoose" I thought it was part of the picture.  I'll try and grab a clear shot tomorrow.  I never manage to get quality shots of black covers in slabs with artificial light.
