Why has no one picked up my package from the PO BOX 0

I noticed this morning that my package to CGC Trading Cards has been at the PO Box since the 16th, and it has yet to be picked up.

Now my tracking info says I have to Schedule Redelivery on it, or they will ship it back to me December 1st.

You should call them.

Call or email.  In another thread they stated their PO Box is located on-site, so I'm not sure how they could not pick it up if it's in the right place.

it seems their volumes are going up, a month ago my subs were being received same day. my most recent sub took about 10 days from it showing delivered to show up in my account. 

 

I expect the turn around times to be closer to stated times in business days now.

I have the same problem, I called and someone said they are working on subs from the 9th to 13th.  So I'm giving it a few more days before following up again...

Mine took 11 days to get into the system as received.  In another post here, they said the PO Box is in their building:

"The post office is in our headquarters. Once it has been "received" our receiving team has reviewed the contents of the package and it begins the verification process."

Glad this is here, my stuff was "recieved" at the PO box over a week ago, but it makes me nervous everytime I check and it says I have 0 submissions. Hope it atleast shows up soon :P

UPDATE: My shipment has been received  according to my CGC account...but if I look at the tracking number it still says it hasn't been delivered lol. I'm assuming its an error on USPS side of things...so problem is solved!
