“This cover was penciled (with partial inks) by Mike Mignola (of Hellboy fame) on DC Comics Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 15". Signed by Mignola in the image area. In Excellent condition.”

on Kevin Nowlan’s blog he says “The pencils for this piece were lost, even before I was asked to ink it, so Marvel had me work over an 11x17" copy.  I really like the way Mike drew the dead guy in the lower left corner.”

True enough, Kevin does have a scan of the photocopy and his inks on his blog ....

Seems Mignola had some fun with the title (look at the note where the logo is supposed to appear)

Today, the Heritage description reads: A few ink highlights were added to the piece offered here, by an unknown hand.
