You guys bag your slabs? 1 1

Just curious what the consensus is on bagging slabs. I started doing this early on to keep them from getting scratched but now I’m wondering if it’s overkill.

Currently using poly bags.  When I had my Actions, I used the Mylite2 legal size.   Super clear, and the book looked real nice without having to remove the slab from the mylite.

I think a badly scratched case would bring down the value on a resale since the new owner would possibly like to put it in a clean holder

In all seriousness, if it's not on display, a bag is a good idea. They are pretty easy to scratch.

For my key books I use Mylite bags.

For example, my Giant-SIze X-Men 1.

When I buy them if they come with them I'm thankful, and I dont throw them away when they come back from cgc.....

But I don't buy bags for whenever I receive slabs without them .....

I guess I haven't thought that hard about it

My slabs go into crystal clear polyprop resealable bags......sorted.

I didn't at first, then after a few slabs got horribly scratched I learned my lesson.

I find that mylites make way too much noise when you start moving them around. And when everyone else is sleeping in the house, this is no bueno. So I opt for resealable poly bags.

I non lethally scare predators from my trout ponds, like Osprey ect...  Sometimes, I will slide open a window at 5:00 AM and shoot my biggest, loudest rifle from inside the house.   The wife is used to it by now.

Pretty new to slabbed comics (and here to the boards as well) but I’ve been using the Graded Comic Mylar bags from BCW for mine. Bought a pack on sale just to try out and I’ve grown to like them. Present nice and clear too (as expected with Mylar) but as others have mentioned can be a little noisy

I started stacking them Flat so I pulled them out of bags and mylites. I now have hundreds of mylites that I don’t want to toss because they are expensive.
