SkOw Posted November 28, 2020 Share Posted November 28, 2020 (edited) Regretfully my first nomination here. Around lunch time today I bought the Nightmare 12 in his sales thread at asking price. A short time later I left with my family and he marked it sold in thread and sent me an invoice while I was out After I got home and ate dinner and I logged in I had the following exchange with him. I don’t know if it is him thinking he can get more or what, but in short he rather rudely backed out of the sale. However, since he has since re-offered to honor the sale, I think that takes the PL out of the equation. I wouldn’t blame you for not wanting to go through with the purchase anymore, but if jshaffer is sincere in the new offer to sell, the ball is back in your court. The purpose of this list is to get people to follow through with the transaction and that is what he is offering to do. I see other threads titles here say things like “withdrawn” or other like titles. I’m not doing that. That is why I was careful to word “take action accordingly” instead of “vote”. People should have the opportunity to know who they are dealing with on here.
