Wizards certificate 0

Ok so I am new to this process and have a quick question that was not answered in the "Noob" thread. I have my eye on a certain comic on EBAY that I was hoping to get slabbed to add to my collection. The question is simple will a certificate from wizard "Certified Authentic" get me the yellow signature series label?

To clarify, a book must be signed in front of an authorized CGC Witness to get a yellow label.
