These don’t have to be Japanese attacks on Pearl Harbor covers, but rather any invasion of the U.S. or surprise attacks on U.S. forces during WWII. 

Here are three to start this thread off...

I got to visit the memorial with my son when he was stationed at Pearl Harbor.
It was a singular experience.


He told me that sailors get assigned to assist survivors who visit. I can’t imagine how that must feel. Many survivors request to be interred with their fallen shipmates.
