From Friday to Sunday a HUGE Card Toy and Comic book show will be held at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds in Raleigh,NC. The show  boasting over 200 tables is mainly sports cards but there are also some comic vendors along with some Pop and toy vendors. Also found at the show will be collecting supplies for both comics and cards, non-sports and gaming cards plus other collectibles. Hours on Friday are 2 to 7, Saturday from 9 to 4 and Sunday from 10 to 4. Admission is only $5 per person. Being co promoted by Tidewater Cards and Collectibles and Inside pitch promotions. If you Google either name or Raleigh Card Show you can find more info including the exact address if using gps. If you are looking to get first crack at things Friday is of course the day to go. Saturday will be quite crazy and Sunday is slow until after church lets out. Gene Carpenter of All-American Comics will have a massive thirty foot wall of gold and silver goodness. He will be set up on both Friday and Saturday then head down to Charlotte.

Sunday December 13 will be the return of the Charlotte Comicon hosted by Rick Fortenberry and Dave Hinson. This show will be at the mega Embassy Suites which holds the Concord Convention center as the con is technically in Concord, NC. The show probably has about 100 tables with vendors and guest artists from various states. Along with Gene you can usually see at this show Earl Shaw, Chris Foss, Shelton Drum and his crew along with dozens of others selling, trading and also buying comic books and related collectibles. Admission is a very cheap $5 per person. For more info you can google Charlotte Comicon.

The vendor list is up and it is packed. There’s going to be a lot of comics in that room for a one day show. I wish I could make it.

that might be one of the best lineups for a show that has happened since all of this began in March -- and i`m on a weekend getaway with the family and one of the few other families we hang with --  someone better take some pics and give a report --
