CGC could be a little quicker with their starter kits 0

Don't know if it's verbotten to offer any critique, but here goes:

On November 30 I officially joined with a paid membership which included the free packing kit to send up to 40 books to CGC..

As of  yesterday, one week later, (haven't checked today) the kit hasn't even been shipped yet!

I understand how submissions can go slowly, but sending out a generic box of supplies?

Odd, I joined early November and it came a week later

Did you get this if you renewed? 

I just renewed and said, cool... going to send down another bunch of books this year. 

Didn't even know about the starter kit.

The customer service person told me the delay it was because of the holidays?

I don't know about renewal?.  But I doubt it because then they have you on the automatic renewal so they probably don't feel they need to add the kit.
