Prices are nuts. I remember when I tried to sell my 7.5 copy for $3500 on clink without a single offer. Really glad it didn’t sell because I love the book and no longer need money.

My collecting goals are pretty much the same as they have been for many years; obtain somewhat decent condition pre code crime and horror books, and upgrade certain rags as they become available.  I agree about the recent incredible pricing, and esp the competition for PCH.

Actually, I'm amending mine. Decide on one to two books per character to keep and get out of Golden Age. I'll always love reading them, but I can't justify the prices.

I'd like to get me one of them there pre-robin tecs. Actually I'd like to sell my low grade AF 15 and buy a Detective 36 with the proceeds. I'm what they call comic poor. Got a pretty nice collection but not too much actual spare money, so to buy I gotta sell.
