Nice! I’d guess sometime in the mid to late forties with the Song of the South gang on the Disney page and Terry and the Pirates on another.

Around 1948.  Yes the ill is were for this publication.

Makes sense as Rusty Riley started in early 1948.  As such, I would now say that it's 1948 or later.

Is there a drawing of the Phantom singing (other than his bust on the cover?)

That song book goes with the Cristmas Carol book by Dickens with Foster illustrations.

Interesting book. I never knew anything about Disney characters being licensed to King.

I've also never seen "O Tannenbaum" translated as "O Evergreen." I always see "O Christmas Tree." I wonder whether the "O Evergreen" version was more popular at that time.
