When is a membership discount applied? 0

I decided to join at the Elite level this year, because I had enough books to submit to make that worthwhile. I'm not sure if that's going to be the case next year, so if I decide to change to Premium, what discount is applied to submissions that were sent when I was Elite, but don't get graded until after the membership changes to Premium? Does it make a difference if books are also sent for pressing?

Good afternoon,

It would depend on when you created your order.  If you completed the online form when you were still at the Elite level, then those discounts would be applied.  If you completed it after you downgraded to the Premium then only the Premium discounts would be applied.
