Meaning, got started in comics the most recently.  Figure this can be a fun way for us boardies to learn about new(er) talent.

I don't know of any artist I have newer to pro comics than Erica Henderson, who started on Unbeatable Squirrel Girl in 2015. I have a page:

Not completely sure how new some of the artists that I collected are. But I believe two probably fit that description.

Looking through my collection, I don’t have enough newer artists. I will make that a 2021 goal, so thanks for the idea. The newest artist I have is Nick Bradshaw, who started in comics around 2004-05, I believe. Two pieces, one a Wolverine page (2013), and the other a Fantastic Four cover (2020).

Dani Strips....that girl is talented. I really dig her art style. Reminds me of the 70s Grindhouse films

Francesco Manna. His bio says he came on the scene with Marvel in 2017. Also says he was producing earlier in the decade for smaller publishers, so maybe not exactly what this thread is looking for. At any rate, a nice Surfer splash for less than $1k. Feels like a rare occurrence these days.

Love Sanya is great first exposed to her work thru Steve Morger and then when she was a guest at Big WOW ComicFest!!!

These artists may not be new, but they were new to me after being out of comics for 20+ years. Love their work.

Victoria Ying drew the 2020 Diana: Princess of the Amazons graphic novel and wrote and drew her own 2020 City of Secrets graphic novel. This is Lisa, a switchboard operator from her fantasy two-book series. Victoria was a visual development artist for Disney features Tangled, Big Hero Six, and others. She illustrated Little Golden Books and other children's books. I met her at SDCC 2010 for the debut of the Peck n Paw and the Black Mirror comic anthology from the Disney visual development artists.
