Staple buldge 0

Hey guys this is sort of a 2 part question because I see 2 different issues with the blemish on the staple "buldge". 1st question, does a buldge like that get discounted at cgc? If so, how much is the deduction and lastly...the color breaking tiny circles on the staple buldge. Are those deductible as well? How much am I losing, if anything, based off that blemish in the pic provided(nothing else wrong with book) thanks everybody and happy new year!

Is this a square bound book or square bound magazine? If yes, CGC takes this into account with the exception of the uber high grades. I have seen staple poke through in books as high as 9.4/9.6.
