Raw, complete, unrestored, unpressed.  Cover attached at both staples, but the bottom staple is only holding a "tab".  CF is very secure.  3/4" split at the bottom (with tiny piece missing from bottom back cover spine).  1/4" spine split at the top. 1" tear on the free edge of back cover.

All in all I see this as a 3.0

Cindy Comics 37 CGC .5 (de-slabbed - I took it out so I could see what kind of GGA was inside). As you can see, a piece of the back cover is gone. Otherwise complete. There's no top staple (which wasn't disclosed on the CGC label).
