From what I can see, it appears to be one of three possible copies:

1) First print

2) Second print.

3) Counterfeit first print.

Check the inside back cover.  Is it an ad for "Gobbledygook"?  If so, then it's either a first print or a counterfeit. Is an ad for merchandise like t-shirts?  Then it's a second print.

Here are some details about how you can tell the difference.

It looks like this in the inside front cover and in the back inside cover has the gobbledygook. Could this be a production because as you can see in the front cover picture it has light blue border lines around the inside cover and it says on the bottem 93% inside front cover and on the top right inside front cover it says C2

That's almost certainly what it is. That Ultimate Visual History book is awesome, incidentally. Many people took out the reprint included with the book and sold it as a standalone.

I'd agree with this.  The Ultimate Visual History came with a miniature copy of a 2nd print #1.  The UVH came out originally in 2014 and then another edition was rolled out in 2018.  The cover to the reprint insert differed between the two with one being pretty glossy and the other being more of a matte finish.

The Eastman sig on the cover, unless he really made a big signature on a first print, is almost certainly on a miniature comic.
