Question regarding window bags 0

So I'm new to submitting and in fact just sent a couple books in for the first time eastman signature series. I was apparently confused on what a window bag was and sent my books in the regular bags and boards. Am I out of luck in this? I am seeing they will not be accepted this way and if that is the case how soon can I have them sent back to me to hopefully get them back in before the due date?

Thanks for your message.  We do ask that customers include their own window bags, however, we will have a supply of window bags here in our office.  So, if you were not able to include one, we will just use one of ours.  The only downside to that is that you don't get to determine where you want the window to be for the signature.
