Hi all I have never sold in this section usually in GA I accept PayPal check or MO I will ship word wide providing buyer pays for insured Shipping which is extra. bought this off the boards when I first got here from a very reliable boardie.  Original colored Joker Sketch by Bob Kane  comes framed There is no COA but pretty obvious-if you do find that this is not really done by Kane feel free to return at anytime for a refund  $1625

Unfortunately, there are a lot of Bob Kane fakes out there.  It may be helpful to provide as much provenance as you can about the piece.
