Signed slab top label missing 1 1

Hi,

I have a carnage comic signed by stan lee at a 9.8 however the top label is missing as its their older slab. If I were to get this reholdered would the signature verification still be valid? Would they still send me a 9.8 yellow label? I don’t want to get it a new case and then not get a yellow label. Sorry for this simple question, I looked for other similar issues but couldn’t find anything.

Yes. Just send it in as-is. Do not tamper with the current holder, and you'll be fine.
