Closed - Submission Details not showing for received submission - Is this normal?

Hi: Thank you for all you do.  

On my past submissions the comic details showed up a few days after it was received.  I have a submission (#3758853) received on 12/10/2020 that doesn't have any details.  Is there any issue or is this normal? Just checking

Good morning,

Thanks for your message.  Yes, that is normal.  We updated our systems so now you will not see the specific book information until it is further along in the process.  I do show your invoice was received and is currently in line to be graded.
