I love seeing books come in and the final grade compared to the estimates. I noticed that most books come in higher than the estimates? Is that because the grades are conservative or because the original posters only show books that exceed expectations?

Same here.  Probably a combination of being conservative and picture quality.  I would think grade estimates are a lot closer with scanned images opposed to phone photos.  If only I could find a scanner for slabs, then I'd really be in business.
