Submitting a paper form as opposed to online. 0

I have looked all over the site and can't find a printable submission form I can write what I'm sending . Is using the online form the only way to submit trading cards . If I have to type out every cards info instead of being able to just write it in I'll never get any sent in . I cant type at all , thanks

I figured it out , pretty easy with how its set up.
