Hello! You will get a confirmation with your packing slip emailed to you after your order has been submitted. So, if you forgot to print it out in the online form it will take a few minutes but it will get emailed to you. Hello, your packing slip is what is emailed to you when you complete an online order form.  You don't receive that with your shipping kit.  The packing slip is what you send in to us with your books.  It will list your book information, the services you selected, price, etc.
