I remember this story still from way back as a kid. The guy has amnesia and can’t remember who he is but is very strong. The Romans dig him out of ice and also the monster who they promptly have fight each other. The man realizes finally that he and the creature are from Atlantis and knows how to defeat it by short circuiting the monster’s horns by touching them together!

Crazy the things that stick in your memory as it’s probably been over 30 yrs since I read my copy!
