Prenium Membership Discount 0

Hi,

I have upgraded to a Prenium membership. However, when preparing a new online submission, I realized that the price did not change from my associate membership (18$ per book).

I have empty my cart, close the page and start again, but the discount still not applies.

Does the 10% will apply at a later stage ? Or is something wrong ?

Good morning,

You should log out completely and then log back in after making any sort of membership change in order for that update to take effect.
