First, pressing isn't going to help the front cover. Most of the creases break color, and pressing doesn't help that. Second, a cleaning may help the back, but I doubt if you would get much of a grade bump.

As is, 2.5 - 3.0.

If you want my recommendation, I suggest that you don't waste any money pressing/cleaning and then slabbing this book. Take the money it would take and use it to buy a nicer book.

I found a nice CGC 7.0 on Ebay for $74 + $9 shipping. So, you have shipping costs to CGC, pressing/cleaning costs (at least $20), $27 to grade it, and shipping costs to get it returned to you. With all the costs added together, I bet that the total cost to mail, press/clean, grade, and mail back would be very close to $83.
