Hi, I have completed the submission form and packaging, after I arrive FedEx and key in the address that is written in my email. Which is

P.O. Box 4701

Sarasota, FL 34230

The staff over there told me that FedEx doesn't ship to PO Box, and ask me to give them a real address which I have no idea. What should I do now? 

PS: What Contact name and tel number should I write for this shipping?

BTW, I am submitting as bulk but some of my cards might be more valuable than that, what will happen if my cards really not belong to that tier?
