I just received a grade on a Sport Illustrated First day Issue, is there a registry to see what pass grades have been issued? Thanks  Also, in grader notes it said "Subscription insert", can you tell me what this means.

Since I don't know the specific details of your book and haven't seen the graders' notes in context, all I can say about the "subscription insert" comment is that it sounds as if there was some sort of insert that was sent out inside the book to customers who received a monthly subscription.
