Note the blue dot at the top left of the "A" in Captain, as well as a number of them along the bottom of the first "A" in America. My guess is they are ink blotches from the printing process. There is nothing on the cover to indicate they appeared afterwards (no puckering, no difference in gloss, etc). So, I guess my 2 questions are A) do you agree with my assessment of what they are, and B) what grade would you give the book.
