The picture is very blurry.  Is this copy missing page 10?  You'd need another copy in order to attach a page.  Further, you'd want to reattach the entire wrap rather than trying to rice paper a single page back into it.

I saw a page on eBay but it’s just page 10 cut with the artist’s signatures. I don’t think it’s worth it. They want 450. More than I purchased the comic for

There seems to be a lot going on with this copy. Rather than throwing good money after bad, I would suggest trying to find a nice affordable copy that's complete and unrestored. It shouldn't be too difficult...this book is ridiculously common.

thank you for the reply. I purchased it but I’m happy with it. A unrestored copy is pretty  pricey. I have about 50000 comic books. This is the roughest comic I have. I’ll just hold on to it. I purchased it yesterday. Thank you again
