Why are Hulk 181 sales off the chart on Ebay these past 3 weeks? 1 1

I can't help but see recent graded 181's go for well above what I thought they'd sell for.  Any thoughts?

For anyone who hasn't been around these boards for a long time - this is a question that has been asked since the earliest days of this forum and over all of the years of its existence. The answer by this point is simple - it is THE grail of the post Silver era, and continues to be. It features the first full appearance of one of the most popular modern superheroes, has an instantly recognizable cover AND has just enough of a supply of availability to consistently feed sales that still trend up from demand.

People have even argued here at various times that the book had plateaued and was done... but they were wrong.
