The front cover has a small, maybe one inch check mark shaped tear that you can't really see from the front, but it's pictured below from the rear of the cover. There is also roughly one inch split at the very bottom of the spine. Name written on cover, light stain from what looks like the book being used as a coaster, centered detached, manufactured with only one staple. Secrets Behind the Comics by Stan Lee - $600 SOLD Signed by Stan and comes with COA......and possibly Morris Weiss? This book is in absolutely fantastic shape. The pages are supple without a hint of brittleness. The year near the top right goes through about half the book and looks to be where it got hung up in the binder process or something. Definitely looks like manufacturing error. There's a small amount of rust on the staples that hasn't migrated at all to the pages. But the cover presents REALLY well and is just too cool. You won't find another copy this cheap that looks this good!
