I need some help in seeing if these are worth sending to be graded as shipping from the Philippines is quite pricey.

And CGC graders aren't signature experts---they just grade the books. The books with a signature will usually get a high grade Qualified label or a mid grade Universal label depending upon how nice they are, and it's tough to say what grade the Superman #75 will be. Sorry, but this probably wouldn't make for a very satisfying CGC experience, IMO...
