Question on Pennsylvania Pedigree 2 2

Wanted to ask if anybody's familiar with the Pennsylvania Pedigree?

I have a Batman #19 in hand that was graded blue label 6.5, WP copy.

My very scant understanding of the pedigree is that for most of the books, a cursive 'P' is penciled on the front cover. My copy appears to have a similar cursive 'P' as well, but in marker.

Is it actually possible this book was part of the pedigree?

My understanding is that the Pennsylvania Pedigree's identifier is a penciled cursive "P". That would omit this from being considered part of that collection.

@Timelymight be a better reference, but doesn’t look like any of the Pennsylvania copies I have.

Not Penn, but I recall seeing a lot of these books years back, perhaps sold through Heritage?

I can't actually remember where I bought the book! Possibly through Heritage but not sure

I bought in slabbed so I don't have the graders notes..and a bit cheap to want to pay for it just to find out more 😅

Nothing like a 6.5 or 7.0 that shines like a 9.0-9.2 I always say.
