Graded as a VG when I purchased it from a very reputable local dealer (Ray Storch). The book has 2 interior pages with tears in them (one large, one smaller). Both tears impact the story. I do not believe this book has been pressed (I've owned it for at least 3.5 years). Colors are really nice on this copy and really pop in Mylar, presents very nicely. There is a CGC 3.5 (OW) on eBay for $1000 (plus tax and shipping) and a CGC 4.5 (OW) on ShortBoxed for $1300. I'm asking $1150 $1000 shipped.
