X-Men #12, 1st appearance of the Juggernaut. Color breaking crease 1/4 in from the spine, runs down to Juggy's butt. 1/2" tear right side of cover, near top of Angel's wing. Color rub middle of spine. Back looks good, no major creases or tears. Small chip out  of left side, 1/4 the way up. Inside is issue free, pages OW.

 

PGM consensus seems to be a 4.0, which I agree with. Has not been pressed or cleaned.
