Different days, different notes and labels I guess.

Lack of quality control.  Someone needs to be hired to look over these labels/slabs for all of 2 seconds before they send them out.  I have received and seen a few other similar or worse mistakes that makes me shake my head at how they left the quality control department (if that is even a thing, if not there should be one!). :makepoint:
