Golden age superman comics missing cover. What issues are these? 1 1

Need a little help.  Anyone able to identify what superman books these are?  Both are golden age and are missing there covers.  I think early action comics.  Hoping the pics can help someone identify the books?

The second comic isn't a Superman comic.

It's Amazing Man #10 from Centaur Publications.

The Superman book is Action Comics #21.
