Piece of the bottom corner missing. Curious on peoples thoughts

I don’t see that getting much higher than a 4 with that corner.  Maybe a 5...max.

I had the exact same thought, like it was stapled from the centerfold.

The bottom corner is rough, looking at the book without the corner, I think the book is maybe a 6.0 and could really benefit for a C & P.

With the bottom corner, I honestly don't know where the grade falls? 4.0 seems too low. I really look forward to seeing other people's thoughts.

here are some additional pics of the staple. To me it looks like it pressed in but its odd that it has some paper over it. Very odd

The rules on that corner kill this comic.  I will say 3.0 thinking that is about 1/4” square.  This is one that will sell higher than it’s technical grade and will not benefit from a CGC grade imo.
