Should COAs from the Manufacturer be included with grading submissions?

I have a number of COAs that accompanied Scorpion comic limited editions I purchased.  Should these be included with comic books submitted for grading?  If so, would they be included inside the protective case after grading?

Hello!  CGC asks that you please do not send COAs to CGC along with your books. We will not need them and cannot guarantee that they will be returned along with your submission.
