I just picked up a copy of this book but I am having trouble identifying the cover artist. Looks like Enrich? Experts please help me out.

I think it is  VIC SEGRELLES .

It could be Segrelles or possibly Jose Mirelles? Some conflicting info out there on this book. @Randall Dowlingor @Stevemg what say you?

From the GCD regarding the cover:

Indexer Notes

The Australian printing for This Comic is Haunted #2 includes the signature Enrich. The original indexer credited Jose Miralles, probably based on earlier versions of Richard J. Arndt's "The Complete Skywald Checklist".

Correct.  He's credited in the Spanish Masters book for this cover when it was published as This Comic is Haunted.  You can see his signature on the bottom left side here:
