Rusted staples removed from entire book grade? 0

[Hey Kids, Comics!]

This book had rusted staples that were removed so all wraps and cover are detached. Anyone want to guess the grade it got?

Anybody know what grade CGC gives a book with rusted staples removed? I have a couple of those and have been curious about it.

Or, more accurately, given that there are many other variables, what is the maximum grade CGC would give a book with staples removed?

I remember seeing a 4.0, years ago.

I have a 4.5 Universal with notation "Original staples removed, 2 extra staples added, not from manufacturing."

I also had one like this (with rust migration on the paper), it was a 4.0 (but it was years ago, not a recently graded book)
