My package arrived on 3/15/2021 and said it was signed by "Caballero". I know everything is backed up so I'm not sure if I should be worried. It's been about 23 days and doesn't show up as received on my submissions page.

Same here I have had an order confirmed signed and delivered last Wednesday 3/31/21 and it still is not showing in the system. Please advise. Thank you.

Completely walk away and come back to it in a month and repeat till you receive cards.

What you're doing now is the same as staring at the clock and waiting for an undetermined time to arrive.

My package also arrived on March 15 and nothing still. The turnaround time is around 30 days for them to update it for bulk.

I guess I can add to this thread and mention that my package showed delivered march 12 by usps but havent seen anything pop up on my submissions. Very worry some to have a $5000 value box be stuck in limbo. Anyone know what day they are up to on opening packages? Thx.

I have the same thing happening.
Cards were delivered to CGC weeks ago and no update on my submission.

My cards (Standard w/ sub grades) were delivered to CGC on 3/8 and didn’t show as received until this past Friday 4/2, hope this helps give you guys an idea how long it takes for them to simply open your package and log it into their system!

My bulk order was delivered March 8 and just got received today. There’s your timeframe.

Definitely seems like we are looking at around 30 days to post received. I have a standard order delivered 3/20 still nothing. Last submission took 18 days to post(weekends included)

I emailed CGC today and they said they're opening packages for the week of 3/8 now for trading cards and 3/15 for comics

The receiving time is currently 10-20 BUSINESS days, however, I would expect it to be more so on the 20 day end for the lower tiers
