Please grade this Crime Mysteries #6! 4 4

[Point Five]

Love this crazy series. This one is an interesting case. Looks and feels like a nice tight copy with unusual freshness, but there's a 1.5" spine split just under the top staple and staple tears there. (The cover oddly does still seem loosely attached at that staple, but not keen to test it too much.) Plus other assorted wear. What do you think? Thanks!

4.5 with the spine split may be a stretch...

4.0 as the book presents very nicely

Cool book Jon.  I have to go lower than @Funnybooks because of the large spine split.  My guess is 2.5 with an outside shot at a 3.0.
