PGM Astonishing 30 Atlas Comics Maneely cover 2 2

Looks pretty solid. Defects are obvious, mostly on front cover: various color breaks along spine, stains and some color loss on and under the "s" and "t" in title. Staples and centerfold are good. I took some photos with a flash and some without. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance!

Great one! 3.5 is a good guess, that seems about right.

(Also, I suspect some color touch in the S and T of the logo... seems like there's color loss somehow bobbing and weaving around the black lines.)

Thanks for the feedback. I’ll have to break out the magnifying glass but I never noticed any ct🤔

I don't know, on a second look it may be fine... you provided huge closeups and it's still hard to say. The blotchiness on the 'Ast' looks a bit odd for sure but perhaps not c/t.

I think what you're seeing here is the result of a non-water spill -- maybe ice-cream or a milkshake.  At any rate, the end result is distracting enough that I'd go with 3.0 GD/VG.

Is the stain (?) noticeable in the "t" of 'Astonishing' leeching through from the inside? 3.0 here, but would be interested to know what it would grade.

I’ll take another look but I don’t recall anything in the way of stains on the inside cover.
