CGC grade with only sticker/label (no case) 0

I’ve seen several of these and I am wondering where this type of service comes from.  It has a grade with CGC name on it, it is attached to the bag with a sticker on the back that seals the bag shut.  There is no hard case, ect.

This might be CBCS? But I believe I’ve seen both companies do it?

You're most likely thinking of Voldemort.  Check their site, it's on there.

EDIT: for the record, it's called the Raw Grade option.
