I agree. 2.0 to 2.5 area. Many long time basement stored books with this degree and areas of moisture defect won't techically grade much beyond 4.0, even if little else were present in the way of defects. 2.5 is about right. Ironic benefit to basement storage is that the paper is usually white due to the "cold" storage, although there is usually mottling of the colors, which looks as though it's being lifted off the surface.
