Decent copy, no spine splits. Small tear on top of spine, small chip back on bottom back cover. Biggest issue is the stain on the top. Does not seem to affect the interior pages at all.

also color breaking long creases at top and bottom FC near spine and some stains by back spine and a stain (water?) at top of BC. so 5.0 at best
